Biceps Size Genetics Test (GET YOUR RESULTS) Wrestling: While arm wrestling my friend my bicep had a sudden pain, not to bad it didn't hurt that much more like a small sore like pain, it got better and I was about to finish the arm wrestle (probably made it worse, it was working and good for the whole day no more pain, I woke up the next morning and it has that same pain, I don't notice the pain unless I use the bicep repeatedly and then the pain would happen and the pain would come out and feel more sharp, this happened around 9 days ago and sometimes I feel the pain but not as bad, but it's still sizeably noticeable sometimes, I love lifting weights and I want to know how long I have to wait for it to recover if someone can help me please.

Just a heads up before anything, short bellied biceps fills up your sleeves when you flex them. Long bellied biceps, not really. As a bodybuilder myself & imo actually long biceps belly are not aesthetic. Long belly biceps look flat. And imagine having biceps that looks exactly like your forearms. That's just imo & you certainly can flex your genetic with that probably. But anyways long or short they kinda look the same to me. I have short belly biceps myself. If I don't flex them they filled up my sleeve, if I flex them they fill up the top of my sleeves making the biceps actually bigger than it already is. I mean.

it's about tension right. so you have to slow down the reps for the first few reps and then continue at a bit of a faster pace. but while doing this keep the contraction and squeeze as much as you can. keep the elbows planted and don't move them. people tend to move the shoulder slightly backward which causes slight movement with the elbow offsetting the bicep curl. keep it planted.

I can put three, maybe even four fingers there and you know what? Who cares. 4 months ago I would wish to look how I'm looking now and it's just 4 months! So as a ex walking stick, should I worry because when I'm flexing my big-ass bicep it's short? It's like crying over the mismatched seats in your Lamborghini!

I can only get 1 finger between my biceps but I love the look of the 2 finger ones because you get a much higher peak that actually makes you look stronger! So don-t worry about the test guys be grateful for what you have and run with it! It-s a marathon not a sprint

Ummmm--. I-m can fit three fingers easily and four tightly on both arms. Maybe that-s why my arms still look super small unflexed even though they are 14. 5 inches flexed. (I know that-s still relatively small for a 5, 11 man but they started at 12. 5 and 13)

My biceps are long and i tought it was bad, and if im not wrong pretty much u choose the size of ur biceps doing more looongg curls or shorter curls if u do shorter ur biceps will tend to be shorter if u do longer ur biceps will tend to be longer

I'm lean, pretty ripped and just starting heavy lifting for the first time in my life. was told I would have limited potential due to the 3 fingers after test. this video alleviated the real discouragement I felt after hearing that.

That something is discouraging is unrelated to the truth or falsity of the claim. Its very ironic that Jeff would say this right after saying those that talk about the finger test are wrong because they are doing -bro science. -
