Nice I like the way you use the ball. And the music fits as well. I just hope to see a bunch of beautiful people walking around on tv. We look better when we are fit. You good dude. I love the fittness thing. You need to try my workout. 5 sets in 20 minutes. The figger 8 in the core part of it will kick your abbs into overdrive. Your whole body will thank you. Good luck with it.

do you think what time i work out has anything to to with my weight loss plateu. i ask this because i lost 4lbs in 6days when i tried p90x with a friend but i was working out at noon now im working out at 9-11 pm because of work or do i need to change up my workouts to keep my body from plateuing. please message me back when you get a chance.

Hey Jeff, I am AthLEAN-X member, and all is great! Just want to ask if I can substitute the BOSU Thrust Overs with some other excercise, like box jump for example or maybe split squat jumps, because I don't have BOSU. Cheers.

I would love to see a motivational video! Like with some of your celebrity athletes to motivate team athlean on those days its hard to workout!

I also use the pullup bar that you can put over your doorway and then you can use the bands anyway you want from the top.
