This is a great exercise, Jeff =D! W/ a lot of comments that you receive, hopefully you'll read mine XD. Can I do this workout using a pair of 10 lb. dumb bells/weighted broom stick? Will it still give the same results, if not similar? I asked because, martial arts has a lot of rotations involved, & I want to take my rotations a step further, while hitting the abs & the obliques. Yes, like hitting 2\3 birds w/ 1 tranquilizer dart XD. Thanks in advance =3.

i love jeff just wish he didnt use the bands so much, i would really like to try most of the exercises he does with said bands, but if you are a homer like me it is just very hard to implement these things, i have a total gym 5000, decline, incline, flat bench, a pull up bar on my total gym, even still having said all that still really cant implement bands on 90% of the band exercises he shows. just saying

-RICHS128 Geez Rich, someone put something in your cheerios this morning? The majority on here find this helpful and they surely can do it with bands as well. Not sure if membership at your gym is down or not and is causing you to have a bad day but if it is, you might want to assess how you're conducting yourself. You come like a bit of a. well, I'll leave it at that

Jeff, this is great. Keep doin' what cha doin' and considering that I use to weight 265lbs and I weigh 170lbs now. After looking and actually executing most of your exercises (complimenting your xclusive exercises with other isolation and compound exercise) I'm actually looking very close to how I've always wanted to look. So thank you very much! Kevin from Singapore

Hey Jeff, great excersise. As mentioned, it can be done with bands aswell and it may be equally effective. One thing, I bought the Deltoid TNT series yesterday, but haven't gotten an email to download it yet, I also wrote a mail to getripped-athleanx. com but haven't gotten an answer! Maybe you can help me out to recieve the digital stuff.
Let me know
Jens

Hey jeff, thanks for all these videos i bought athlean x a couple of weeks ago and im loving it. Please could you blow the lid on this whole -you cant lose fat and gain muscle at the same time- notion. It always annoys me to hear guys in my high school saying u hav to bulk up with countless calories before u can get ripped once again thanks

-wasimsworld At 40 myself & I can say definitely yes! Have completed week 7 of the Washboard Wednesday series & seeing some good definition. So important to watch your diet. Physically we're all different but keep up with the program (join up with AthleanX to go along with it if you haven't already) & you'll be rewarded with results.

Damn i am jealous, i wish i had that machine cause i know when i used to do Woodchoppers alot i noticed a huge difference, and this would bring my obliques just to a whole new level of excellence. -
Since i have a mini home gym, since traveling to a actual gym is too far away. How much would one expect to spend on such a machine
