30 pounds of muscle is acutally normal for beginners in their first year of arduous weight lifiting along with good nutrition, and self-decipline. Such weight gain is common amongst dedicated lifters.
From my experience, the first year is usually explosive, and as time passes (assuming that you are working hard and eating appropriately) your gains will slow down in proportion to your first year's performance simpyl because you are reaching your genetic potential.

Actually I did it when I was in my 20s. I didn't do juice at all. It depends on the persons genetics and what they are doing. I eat 3000 cals a day. 180 grams of protein and workouts where 6-7 days a week. I went from 165lbs to 195lbs in 8 months. Just because there are lazy people out there who juice doesn't mean everyone does. I ended up with a six pac but not eight because I didn't focus on abs I did more core strength.

oh someones cool. dude if you get rest, eat a ton, exercise, and stay consistent with it. You'll see all kinds of gains. The reason you dont hear about it more because it's hard to constantly eat even when your not that hungry and the reason he did it was because he had a trainer, it was for a movie role, and hes rich so he had all the time in the world and it was for acting which is a job.

I am gonna say it here once and for all. He did it! No cheating or steroids. Maybe not 30 but at least about 23 pounds of lean muscle. It's possible. He had the budget to get the best equipment out there, he was already well trained and fit before he started and he had a whole year. Those who say it's wrong or that he used steroids should grow a brain before growing muscle.

-Me watching this video in quarantine in my makeshift home gym-
Me at 2: 35: Oh, this makes sense, this seems easy enough, I work out everyday and I'm training for a virtual marathon, this should be no problem.
Me attempting the move: -falls over immediately, shatters kneecap, smashes my face on the ground, dies of embarrassment with a mortified face-

Do you know what 30 pounds of muscle looks like? Taylor doesn't look like he has 30 pounds of muscle on him, he is cut, sure, but ultimately it comes down to his low body-fat percentage. If he put on 30 pounds and the end result was the lean state he is in now, he must've been a stick before seeing as how he only weighs 170 pounds now.

8 Pack is genetic guys. You can do the best 8-pack workouts but if your genetics just aren't made for 8 packs you won't have them. Some people can't even get 6.
So I tried this workout yesterday since it was time I changed the routine and well. I can't laugh withought feeling pain: D

dont say shit like that. he might have more natural testosterone than you. I almost gained 30 pounds of muscles in a year so i know its not impossible. Weight training 4 times a week and 48 hours of rest pr muscle group. Protein shakes, creatine, zma & omega 3.

- RamaRao Ch. you're an idiot. I have a very fast metabolism and i have gone from having no abs showing to a six pack in a matter of 2 months, also within 2 months afterwards i got my 8 pack. Its all a mater of calorie intake, exercise, and staying hydrated.
