Thank you for your advice and information. I replay your videos and you manage to keep the original shape slightly muscular, but not bloated like some of your competitors who have seen them swell As months and we understand their gonflettes by steroids and other products not healthy for the body in the long run.
I know what I said, in 61 years I continued the training and I in shape, because I always avoid bulking up. Because more muscles are bigger, they become diificles to train in viellissant. thank you again for your excellent work. Hi from Montreal

Try the front deltoid raise + row. OMG! I perform front delt raises with 35lb dumbbells. In order to do the deltoid raise + rows I had to drop to 15lbs. I normally perform side laterals with 30lb dumbbells. In order to perform the dumbbell external rotation seen here, I had to drop to 25lbs and was dying. Unfortunately I don't have any bands, but I'm definitely picking up athleanX. Great stuff!

When you -roll out- the laterals like this, aren't you essentially reducing the effectiveness of the movement by shortening the lever? I mean, the resistance isn't even directly opposing the external rotation when you rotate out, so isn't it just an inefficient way to combine 2 otherwise good movements? Other than that, awesome video! Love the HS pushups. they blast the entire shoulder girdle!

I'm having the same problem right now. I read on some forums that you just need to be patient and consistent, after your noob gains, strength comes before size. I really like to focus on just the numbers, seeing how much weight I can do, and I just assume that the size will come eventually, til then I'm just having fun adding as much weight to the bar as I can.

He is the expert here, and I am not questioning his authority. but I noticed that he is pushing 3 exercises on the front delt, which is already being used a lot in chest exercises, isn't that a bit too much? just curious, not trying to be a smart ass.

WOW! Those are really good workouts. Ive recently hit a wall with my workouts as far as building more muscle goes and i just figured that i would keep adding weight, but now i see all i have to is just change my technique a little. Thanks again for your expertise.

damn, at first i thought i could do this at home but looks like i won't go beyond the first two, i don't have the ball or the pull up bar. oh well, maybe i'll just combine the first two with the one he introduced in his big shoulders in 14 days video

my shoulders are the weakest out of all my muscles i only do around 10 lbs of weight in each hand when i work them out and they absolutely kill. i enjoy every other workout like squats, dead lift and bench but i never look forward to shoulders lol

No good to much movement of the shoulders, to much unnesasiry strain on ur shoulder joints. Unnatural movement under strain. Injury waiting to happen. It's kinda crazy u made this video with all the knowledge you possess.
