Hi all. I bought the Heal plug-in and it worked fine so I decided to buy a few more of the plug-ins from Retouch4Me. Since buying the rest my Heal Plug-in has stopped working and I'm getting error messages around OpenCL and Failed to Parse Model (plus many others. I have, of course, tried asking the support team at Retouch4Me but other than a cut and paste of what is already on their website I've had no response to my many emails now. I have tried doing everything suggested and more. I see from reading about it on other sites that there is a known issue with the Nov 21 update on Heal. Any idea when this is likely to be fixed anyone, or does anyone know how I can get it working again? Highly frustrating as you can imagine.

Okay I'm here with something intresting, This plugin someway or other applies the same concept of the auto frequency seperation filter, I tried on fashion/beauty / editorial/portrait/maternity everything and can confirm you that. I had it tested in 100/200 settings in the dodge and burn category and it completely blurs out the image, but somehow it gives the output in soft light layer and I don't know how, but for the professionals, I don't think this is the ideal choice for you, it's the same old fs stuff with tweaks

Two questions. I downloaded your action for Retouch4me but I get only the layers not the the grey layers like yours show. How do I change that? Also can you please talked about how to batch process if I am using Capture One and want to use this action in PS? With lots of photos? Or can you explain how to change your action so it can be a droplet to run on lots of photos? Thanks so much!

Amazing stuff. I have a theory about the quality of the AI in photoshop and 3rd party tools are actually doing others a favour by giving them better results. In a way it is the same with audio production programs as usually 3rd party plug-ins are able to give results. Ultimately the program the you run as the host already has the upper hand because you can't use one without the other.

I wonder how many people will lose their job or got cut hours because of these plug-ins. It is really Amazing for the quality. Imagine you spend half your life using PS to retouch photos, now THIS. Also, unless you are working on a Vogue cover or need to create poster-size print, this plug-in is overkill in today's world where most people are looking at their 6 phone.

Can anyone explain their procedure for installing any of the Retouch4me plugins? I purchased the dodge & burn plugin, but have not been successful in installing it and getting it to show up in Photoshop on a MacBook pro. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated - thanks! The purchased download only included the standalone app, which only works on jpeg files.

Retouch4me does not answer emails. I am considering several plug-ins but had a technical question on compatibilty with my Window laptop. I sent several emails & got no reply. Checked Spam. Can anyone comment if they EVER answer emails. No matter how great the product is, I want to deal with a company that can be responsive.

The support from the vendor is horrible. I havent been able to contact them. When you register the product each instance on the same device takes up a key. Also the effects get applied to the entire image and not just to skin as you would imagine. It also adds grain to the images and reduces the quality. Very disappointed.

I purchased 2 of these plugins and the demo was put on my Mac. Now no matter what I do I can't get the demo plug ins deleted. Making it impossible to download the actual plug ins. I've reached out to the retouch4me for help and they must be to busy spending my money to help me. I don't recommend this

I do very well with skin retouching using frequency separation, dodge and burn, or both. I knew it was only a matter of time that adobe will come out with AI skin retouching. boom here it is. I'm glad because I don't have to spends hours retouching skins especially on commercial shots

Hmm. You consider freckles to be blemishes? Freckles are a natural feature of the skin, not a defect or flaw. It's fair to remove them if the desired look would be someone without freckles, but removing them as blemishes is like photo shopping everyone to be blond haired and blue eyed.

A very useful tool. Many folds faster than manual editing.
But for creative purpose, I would prefer to use it along with mask. Based on picture the result varies. Some results are flawless some still require good work. For bulk processing, it's really very handy to use.

Anyone with a Mac know where to install the demo version plugin? I have contacted them directly and they haven't been able to answer. I've tried putting in the plugin folder inside of Photoshop, as well as leaving it in the Applications folder (what they told me to do.

We are seeing that this plugin does not work unless your internet is connected (photoshop will crash if your internet is off. Its also high traffic when a image is processed, its like its sending your images to the developer, his is a worry. Umesh can you confirm

Hm. I tried the demo version. Heal was ok, though it also blurred the eye lashes a bit, and didn't catch als the tiny white spots on the nose of the newborn, and the dodge and burn one crushed my photoshop three times in a row. So. Not convinced here.

You have really got me excited about this product. The way you ranted and raved about it, makes me think this is a great thing. Since you mentioned you have seen or used most of these type of products, IS this as good as portrait pro?

I wished you had compared it to Portraiture and Portrait Professional. Those are a bit more advanced and dedicated tools.
Do the plugins work in Affinity Photo?
What about on M1 Macs?

I purchased the full version of the Heal, received a confirmation email and when I log into my account there is no source for download within the site. It only prompts me to purchase again. Is anyone else having this problem?

Love this video. I was amazed at what retouch4me can do. I'm using PortraitPro Studio which is much better than Luminar Ai and Photoshop and does so much more as well. So I wish you'd made that comparison.
