How to Set Default Font Settings in Microsoft Word The Teacher This Microsoft Word 2016 tutorial video will explain that how you can have your favorite Font and style as a default style for all new documents. What is Default? Microsoft Word has a various pre-installed settings like Font, Font Size, Paragraph / Line Spacing / Page Size and Margins etc. Those settings are saved in Normal.dot. Most of the applications allow you to change their pre-installed or default settings. For instance, let's say that your favorite font is Arial with a size of 12. So, in this tutorial, I will explain you that how you can configure the default font settings so whenever you will open a new document you will have the same font and size. If you see a Default button under settings window then it mostly means that you want your settings to become the default one. On the other hand it also mean that revert the changes that you did and change the values to the previous application default settings. But mostly for that you will see a Restore Default button instead of Default. Hope you will find this video useful
