Could you do a video on the different license levels of visio (M365 included, Plan 1, Plan 2) and best practices in its use in a multiple license level environment. For instance, I have plan 2 and actually find it difficult to create a diagram that someone with the M365 license can edit. I would love a way to put my Visio desktop into a compatibility mode or 'save as' so that it was M365 license compatible for editing (even if losing some features for that particular diagram). Are their settings or best practices we should be following in a multi-license level environment?

Hi Kevin. Thanks to your awesome tutorial, I'm now proficient in MS Visio Pro 2021 at my job (I'm now working from home permanently) and ended up getting an immense raise, and I owe it all to you! YOU ROCK! (NOTE: I purchased the perpetual license version (or standalone version) of MS Visio Pro 2021 (full retail version), but at a cheaper price).

Hi Kevin - Thank you for this thorough and concise tutorial. I am in a new role where I need to create workflows. I am also in an informatics program and need to understand how to create these types of flowcharts and diagrams from data. Do you have a tutorial on that aspect of Excel/Visio?

My boss shared with me his Visio file so that I can edit the file. Each time I try to -Edit Diagram- I have chosen all the options; Edit in Browser and Edit Desktop App and it will not let me edit the document.. can you assist?

Does the arrows-on-hover only appear when a particular non-blank template is chosen? I used a blank template and when I hover on the shapes there are no arrows.
