Anybody knows how to recover files that were lost from emptying the trash on a Mac? When I run Disk Drill 4, it only produces -Existing Files-, and just a copy of all my files on my Mac HD. I don't need to recover files I already have - I need to recover files that I accidentally deleted from emptying my Trash can. How do I do that? TIA.

Hi, And what if we deleted by accident (with clean my mac) NOT data like photos and stuff but system files for a DAW like Ableton Live? Plugins and special files for music maker programmes? And let's say we can get them back with this but where to put it back in a computer? What if we dont know where they were? thx

i have enterprise version of this software, after update it is converted into free/basic version. my enterprise activation key is not valid for version 4 suddenly. Very bad way to make people spend money by just changing the layout of software and version nr. thumbs down. i will never buy your software again.

I have another program yodot that finds the files but your program will not find the files on my wd hard drive. I must be doing something wrong cause your recovery software cannot see it. And yodot access key doesn't work. I just want these photos recovered.

My disk drill just bounces in the dock... it doesn't start and i dont know how to get support. it just bounces the icon..it cant 'force quit' either... just purchased PRO woujld be nice if there was a support process. how do I even get this support...

I ran diskdrill on my new Mac to recover off my iPhone, my Mac didn-t have enough space so I used a 2TB HD to store the data. It-s taking like 2hrs and halfway into it my Mac restarted with some error. Any advice on why this happened?

I bought the app, started it up and when I go to recover the lost files, I-m prompted with an extra step to create the read/write file due to permissions. I-m following the steps to a t and it just won-t do it. Starting to give up

Installed on my mac, no data recovered just what was already on my mac and all steps taken for precaution as per your website and videos. Used a 2tb harddrive etc and more. Followed all recommended steps.
