Hi, I bought a Seagate EX HD and downloaded around 3TB of pics and docs. Accidentally, I formatted the drive and downloaded Windows 11 from Microsoft website and now it shows only 32 GB. In fact, the original Seagate drive is 5TB. I removed the drive and put it back and still it shows only 32 GB. I deleted the the Microsoft content thinking I will have by 3TB of pics but IT SHOWS ONLY 32 GB. BUT IT IS A 5TG EXHD. Please advice if I can recover the 3TB of pics and docs? And/or what to do? Thank you

Hi. I have a backup question. I have a Seagate backup that was used to back up my old pc. I have tons of files on there and I wanted to add some of them on my current pc. I was wondering when I hit restore files, will it keep my current stuff on my computer but just add the old saved stuff to it or will it rewrite over everything? I don't want to mess up my new computer.

Thznks a lot! I was helping my cousin fix his iphone today and he needed a flash drive. Not knowing that he needed a empty one, it formatted my flash drive and deleted everything completely. I'm glad I came cross this and I may have to purchase the upgraded version to get the rest of my stuff, but thanks again!

Hello, I used Disk Drill to recover some files from a USB and after I have done the USB locked. Can't use it anymore. It has write protection and as hard as I tried with a few methods I can't get rid of it. Has anyone the same problem?

Great video, just one question, if I lost my data on a hard drive that was FAT32 at the time and then got formatted to NTFS a few times after, should I convert my hard drive back to FAT32 before recovering the data or does it not matter?

I can't install it. It keeps giving me a config error at installation. I open the set up, do the very first steps you do, then I see the install bar. It doesn't move at all and it takes way too much time then it crashes...
