I see you fish for fresh water fish too why don't you go for white sturgeon they can grow up to 26 feet long and bigger than a great white. You can fish for thenm in CA in the sacramento and American river. PS they fight sooooooooo hard.

Did you got a special authorization? Pulling out groupers out of the water will lead to some sort of internal injuries, since they can't support their own weight. I'm just curious since this is consider harvesting based on the myfwc rules currently in place. Just curious really.

BlacktipH, I remember in earlier videos you would use break away sinkers (rock) for weight off the beach to catch sharks. Do you not do this anymore or are you just using the weight because your going for the grouper?

me and my freinds are coming down to florida this summer for our senior trip hopefully we get the chance to do some fishing like this i cant imagine catching goliath groupers looks awesome keep up the good videos.

why you don't keep it? i mean is it not allowed to catch them in the US or you just don't need it. because the grouper is the most expensive fish here at where i live and it has a really good flaky white meat.
