Looks good. More food should mean the wildlife stays around longer.
If you need an easy way to prep the soil for planting put some electric fencing up and raise a couple pigs in there. They’ll till it up and you can put like down and they’ll work it into the soil. They’ll add their own fertilizer too. Then seed the area a week or so before you pull them out to it and they’ll work the seeds into the soil as well. In the end you’ll have a plot and bacon!

What is the Name of it, and did you get it on line, im thinking of getting a good one, i hope its a Warm one. and not to high in price I do have a Bass Pro Shop Close, But There Very High on Things Thanks Shawn.

Shawn, have you ever tested for radon at your property My Dad built a house on a piece of land and had a dirt workshop floor in his basement. 40 years later he died from Lung cancer caused by radon poisoning, which is the second leading cause of lung cancer. We had no idea about this, nor that there was radon on his property. If radon is found it is easily remediated.

Hello, Years ago you showed making a homemade liquid fertilizer using plant matter. I only remember one thing you put in it, nettle. I have endless amounts of this, but I don't remember the rest. willow and juniper would o awesome as additions to the animal buffet foods. willow bark in snow for the deer moose and rabbits juniper for rouse as well. plus the usual berries etc

Interesting, and timely, video. The public land I recently began deer hunting on has cut food plot areas in recent years. I'm beginning to figure out how these cleared areas are influencing the deer's behavior.

Shawn, what brand of parka is that black and grey you wear I'm looking for a colder weather coat for Chicagoland Winters and lots of the coats in the area wouldn't hold up to a Canadian winter.
