SORRY SAM!
You have gone, as is said Wayyyy beyond the things written.
You can't make better the simple smash burger.
The 80/20 ground beef. The cheap white sesame bun.
And of course the slice of processed American cheese with special, secret sauce of mayo, katsup and a dash of mustard!
Ditch all that other crap and return to the original American Smash Burger!

In principle I like the construction but I think there are too many layers of fatty elements - fried bread, too much cheese, butter, fatty meat, even the chips. I think the same results can be achieved with parsing these a bit and adding an element that contrasts like vinegary pickles or even lettuce or tomato slices.

Wouldn’t it be faster and easier to put half the cheese on each slice of bread and grill them both at the same time. Faster because you don’t have to flip and cook each side separately because youre cooking both simultaneously and easier because you don’t have to pull it apart to put the burgers in there.

Hey boss jalepeno jelly is really good also! Done this for several years! I have the fat means flavor T shirt and the knife set and was shocked to see this! Mine was inspired from crappy burgers from a military defac and putting it in a grilled cheese and don’t use butter for bread but use mayo!

Grilled Cheese is past tense.
Grill Cheese is present tense.
The reason I don't watch as much as I use to is because Chance can't be more wrong about how he thinks he's always right.

You gotta toast that bread a lot more, and both sides. Brioche really soft and sweet it’s not gonna be burnt even it’s black. Also, who tf told you how much cheese should go on a sandwich They are correct. That’s why you need some toasty bread

I stumbled across Freddy's Custard for the first time recently and tried their grilled cheese smashed burger melt or something like that. One of the things I've never tried to do that they have is lay in tomato paste and it was awesome!

How about you try tater tots 4 ways. 1-regular, 2-chedder cheese, -3 tex-mex, 4-east coast BBQ. I would love to see you use Yukon gold potatoes but your choice. The kicker is that you have to use an air fryer for the cooking.

For those who don’t use miso, try fish sauce in the durty mayo. Oh, and for those who use neither, you need to expand your culinary knowledge, or just use WashYourSister sauce. Have fun y’all.

Making the grilled cheese and then opening it up seems really unnecessary. Why not melt all the cheeses on the burger patties while they’re cooking and toast the bread at the same time

Put garlic paste in your compound mayo with some softened butter as well, and use that for the grilled cheese instead of butter next time. Thank me later.

Sam, watching your videos makes me wish I didn't have diabetes. I'm glad you don't post a calorie count with your videos as I'm sure it would be breathtaking.

Please stop pronouncing Gouda like that. It isn’t goo-dah, it’s more like how-da with a guttural h. Please, for all of our sakes, give it a try.

For a crack Burger 2. 5 you should make a second grilled cheese the same way you made the first and then use the two grilled cheese for your buns

Can't use crack in the name if you don't use ranch seasoning or at least ranch sauce. Looks delicious though. I love chips on my sandwiches.
