Sam, my wife Laura bought roast beef in a can. Its been sitting in our pantry for weeks. I stare at it wondering what the hell to make with it? Im stumped, can you please help? Thanks! I tried making fried chicken your way last night. It was a last minute decision and I didnt have buttermilk. I decided to try thinning out Greek yogurt with water, since it would still have that tangy flavor. It turned out really well and I probably will always make fried chicken this way! You also have changed me from the chicken breast person into a chicken thigh person.

lmfao, this reminds me of The Elvis (idk if its a real thing, but i know it from Supernatural, theres an episode where dean gets sam a sandwitch, and its a glazed donut ontop and bottom, as a burger i might add, with a fried egg) and you should totally recreate it: D look up a snippet of The Elvis Supernatural scene, its funny and its awesome: D

100% serious Question: Where are the Mosquitoes and black flies at your house? I can't stand being outside for more then five minutes. Yes my wife can sit right next to me and i'll have 80% of them around me but come on! I never see them pissing you off like they do me haha

For the donuts, you probably could have gone to Krispy Kreme and just gotten a dozen glazed donuts. That's what they did at the Del Mar. I'm sorry the San Diego (bleh) fair many years ago. for some burgers. Maybe they still do. It's been awhile.

I do have to add though. Usually chicken is pounded out, then drenched in flour then egg wash then seasoned bread crumbs. An improvement to yours would be to pound the chicken, put it in the brine, then flour then egg wash then seasoned bread crumbs.

Would love to see your take on Wendy's new breakfast menu options! Their maple bacon croissant chicken breakfast sandwich is amazing and the breakfast fries are the best part! They are the new king in fries if they serve these all day long!
