These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo (Kewpie for sure)
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top of each.

It is time for us all
To decide who we are
Do we fight for the right
To a night at the opera now
Have you asked of yourselves
What's the price you might pay
Is it simply a game
For rich young boys to play
The color of the world
Is changing day by day.
Red - the blood of angry men!
Black - the dark of ages past!
Red - a world about to dawn!
Black - the night that ends at last!

I'm down with the salad and chicken, but for the blue you gotta have blueberry pie! Nothing against Mexican food, I love it, but all the colors should have a more American origin for Independence day. Any other day, I'm cool with everything. No shade to Mexican food or Mexicans at all here. I mean, Mexicans probably wouldn't use American food for their national holiday. Just an observation and opinion.

the song max was singing is america the beautiful, which should be the national anthem, as it's pretty and easy to sing. instead, it's the star spangled banner, which spans one octave on the first part, and a whole, higher octave on the second partbecause that parody of a song uses the melody from an olde englyshe drinking song. all of which make it totally american, when you think aboot it

Roll Tide! Alabama girl here. Now you know someone from AL. Love the videos. I own your knives and cookbooks. You’re loved in my home. I do have a little challenge. Recently traveled to Nashville and had SS Gai chicken (thanks, Weissman. Trying to replicate. Please show me your version. It’s way better than Nashville hot chicken.

Can you make a personal pizza in the turkey cooker We bought an oil-less turkey fryer last year after we saw you use it and turkey turned out great. We have mad whole chickens and ribs. We bought the little basket insert that fits in the top and found little pizza pan that fits into that. Haven't tried a pizza yet. Will you try it for us

That little jar of Beaver Brand horseradish sure brings back memories.
They started in Beaverton, OR just west of Portland, OR but have since a little further west on highway 26 to Hillsboro, OR.
Lots of really great products from Beaverton Foods!

Dear Chef Sam,
A problem arose with the recipe getting to the link was ok. But when I jumped to the white sauce, a 404 page appeared, saying this recipe was removed. After some shock & jive, I located your sauce recipe. HELP US, YOUR LOYAL FANS

This video made me feel a way because YES Sam we get it you're a dual citizen the fourth is very special to us Americans and you had in my opinion a mocking tone about it and frankly your dishes were MID I've seen you make better in the past.

Smoked paprika or no paprika. That's my motto. I've never had a paprika that tasted good unless it was smoked. I'm open to suggestions, but I would say if you want that kind of thing, just go get some Korean gochugaru. MUCH better.

Cool, the Maseca is at least partially made in Evansville, Indiana. just an FYI.
It is not tow-mot-toe dipshit, stop trying to be elegant. you are not elegant. You are just a half assed cook, lol. Just kidding. Thanks Sam

The funniest thing about this recipe the only thing that is strictly from the USA Is the White Sauce.
All of the other ingredients don't even have origins in America. This is hilarious to me.

If you’re gonna live in this country, learn the Star-Spangled Banner learn our constitution and learn our Bill of Rights. Otherwise go back to that cold. Hell hole you call a country.

Love grilled tomatoes! Here's a variant that I love cooking on the grill. after oiling them up, sprinkle some blackening seasoning on one side before flipping. They're superdelicious!

As someone who lives in Alabama, I know how to make Alabama white sauce and that's not how it's made. You added ingredients that don't belong. Not all of us talk like a hick.

I'd love to try the white sauce chicken, but it would likely go to waste with the rest of the family. I'd like to request your take on Taco Bell's Cantina Chicken menu please.

lol I'm American, so I can say it I'm a Canadian, so I don't know the words Sam, no one believes you are Canadian anymore, if you ever were, just tell people you're American.

Yeah, and here in Australia we are eating pies and hoping your country doesn’t start a nuclear war! Don’t worry, I’m sure it will all be fine. Said none of us!
