I salute you for taking the time, care, and energy to produce excellent videos showcasing how people can make food for themselves, often of better quality and far less expensively. Lots of stuff you do is great. But I am not your target. And I don't have a podcast, so who am I to complain. You are good at doing you, and that is a lot better than most of us can claim.

Use sushi grade- so much better! Also torch is better, faster and easier than frying (be careful not to burn the Captain Crunch)
