Tender, delicious & smokey (but from the oven, not a smoker) and then finished with a simple Asian glaze. So damn good.
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds beef back ribs
3 tablespoons liquid smoke
1/3 cup yellow mustard
Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon five spice powder
1 tablespoon sriracha
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
mariam: The ribs and the sauce were AMAZING! After 3 1/2hours in the oven the ribs were so tender the bones separated from the meat. I couldnt even lift them from the foil without the meat falling apart. I sauced and broiled them directly on the foil. Which led me to think how incredible the meat topped with a bit of sliced green onion would be on rice for a rice bowl. This is a keeper! Date: 2020-05-27
