Alright. Here goes.
Spaghetti & Meatball burrito.
You make your sauce. Your meatballs homemade. Noodles boil a bit.
Warm a burrito tortilla!
Throw everything inside.
Then you as you warm the tortilla on a flattop full of S&Mballs you hit some garlic butter parm on one side to kinda give the garlic bread vibe. While keeping the burrito clean not sloppy.

technically this burger dog was invented by Bill Parrish at the Olympic Club in SF. Now it's offered at two different places (Silverado and the Olympic Club. They also offer them at Warriors games at the Chase Center but they pale in comparison.

The world has been sleeping on this. In South Africa we have been eating this for many years. We call it a wors roll. Wors meaning sausage. Basically beef sausage on a hotdog roll with whatever sauce you want to put on it.

For my racing team, I’m making pulled pork sandwiches this weekend. With apricot bbq sauce, provolone and peach onion bacon jam. Dreamed it up the other day. Sounds good to me.

Try forming burger around the hotdog and wrapping with bacon. Slather with BBQ sauce and serve with onions and pickles on a brat bun.
