There are so many porn videos that want to be that damn good. I got a little excited! Of course as I get older food has a pretty good shot anyway if it's done like that! Thanks a lot, 10pm and just walked in and now I gotta prep and cook something that kicks ass with no up front planning! Long time sub, I got this shit! Thanks!

Once again another killer recipe.
If you happen to read my comment I'd like to know if there is an alternative way for getting those char marks on the steak or onion without using a grill I am not proficient with grilling but love to try every single recipe that you make!

Avocado - The avocado, alligator pear or avocado pear is a medium-sized, evergreen tree in the laurel family. It is native to the Americas and was first domesticated in Mesoamerica more than 5, 000 years ago. Then as now it was prized for its large and unusually oily fruit.

The soft green edible interior of an avocado is the flesh of the fruit. Flesh = meat, so either one is correct, but flesh is more commonly used. Yes, an avocado is a fruit, because it has a flesh layer, a seed, comes from a tree, and it is edible.

I made the chicken skewars the other night and boy oh boy were they a hit! Hubby doesn’s like thighs. Well what he doesn’t know won’t hurt him, I used thighs and he LOVED the dish, especially served on Naan which he loves. WTG Sam!

The pit and the skin are just trash; the inside it what counts, and it's avocado! I love refried beans on tacos. Not only does it taste great, but it acts like glue to keep all the other yummy stuff from falling out!

Sam, I used to work with a woman from Afghanistan and she made these wonderful meat pastries called Sambosa (I think. Could you make these on an episode! They are so flavorful and wonderful.

Looks yummy. I just call the inside avocado. Do you have trouble with your knife keeping its edge when you use it a lot on your stone board I’ve always heard that’s a problem.

It looks great but the only thing I would add is some shredded cheese to the tortilla once you put the refried beans on. and then grill it. I think it adds to the flavor profile!

I have to say I really enjoy the longer videos, I don’t feel like the 20 minute videos are too much. I love the banter and everything so no need to rush guys. But still yum

The voice sped up sound makes me chuckle it's a bit addicting to hear the effect by Sam. Street tacos are absolutely one of my most favorite foods ever. Avocado spread.

I made these tacos with homemade corn tortillas and f#%ing loved it! Had to cook the steaks more medium/medium well. Served cabbage salad on the side.

Here's one for Sam.

Thanks, I'm here all week. especially Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

When you core and peel an apple, what remains is an apple. Not apple meat or apple flesh. Same with avocado. The process is just different.

The taco spot I frequent puts the beans in between a flour and a corn tortilla. Then the rest. My favorite is shrimp and when I can find it, duck.

Hot damn those look awesome. I’m having some friends up next weekend for a fishing trip, I know what just got included on the menu. Thanks Sam!

Inside of the avocado IS the avocado. Avocado peel. Avocado. Avocado pit. Orange peel and orange. Lemon peel and lemon. You see my point.

Sriracha Honey Grilled Shrimp on the grill is awesome. Would love to see your twist on it! Love the editing as well. Great job as always!

The inside is the avocado. If anything the outside is called something. The rind or skin. Noticed that knife sure sliced it easily.
