Lollipopped, smoked and then basted to perfection, these may be the best chicken lollipops in town! food: Did this once and it was delicious. Only thing I did different was a dry rub at the beginning and I smoked them in an aluminum tray full of melted butter. Then added sauce at the end. It was really good. That being said, I'm not doing it again because it was a pain in the ass! Lol

I don't know how popular chicken lollipop is anywhere else but it's quite a popular Indo- Chinese dish in (mostly South) India (It doesn't seem very ubiquitous in North India. although I'm sure you'll find a couple of places that serve it. Except we don't prepare it the way you did (I think it's generally fried here. not sure) and we use chicken winglets instead of drumsticks, so our lollipops are generally much smaller. Our lollipops aren't saucy either but it's generally served with some really spicy red sauce to dip in.

jfc it is no fun to weed through the venom to get to the lollipops. maybe just talk to your haters in the comments, or better still, don't talk to them at all. They must be cackling at all the space they take up in your head.

Lolipop are the most common bar food in India. The trick is to wrap it with silver foil on the handle so you don't even have to clean it up (Saves a step for lazy people like me while making it Aesthetically prettier: )

So since these are called chicken lollipops, if you used chicken wings and drumlits with this same glaze. Would you call it broken glass chicken wings?

Yellow is from an infection that the bird had. they call them meat birds they grow so fast and have no room to walk so they get joint infection some just die. you got nasty no care given chicken

Love these, going to make them for sure! But having the brush touch raw chicken and then letting it sit around while it's cooking is heightening the possibility of salmonella!

The yellow color is caused by the cones and rods in your eyes only picking up certain frequencies of light. It s actually a translucent iridescent color but we just can t see it

I would be afraid to take a bite of those little demented looking ostrich turkeys. They look soooo good but they might come alive and eat you instead

The yellow thing on the legs. I don't really know. but it must be hard for chicken to pee
or maybe it was to heavy when it set on the egg.
