This simple Dijon vinaigrette with the perfectly seared scallops make a lovely combo. And did I mention there's bacon too? + Rhonda: The perfect bite: Stack the fork with Lettuce, tomato, bacon, and scallop. Thats called foreplay. The bite, of course, is the climax. It may be a quickie but you get to do it over and over again. I cant believe I not only wrote that but I am not going to erase it. Do I like food much? Upon further reflection, due to the bacon, it is not so much LHD but definitely L&D.

Tried this recipe out and loved it. I added a little fresh parmigiana cheese at the end and it took this dish to the next level. Great, simple, tasty.
