I went to Quiroga in the summer and lemme tell you THE VIBE IS ALMOST AS GOOD AS THE FOOD- like seriously if you-re a tourist they might just give you a free welcoming taco. just because. For sure that makes a fatass like me interested cause I-ll eat the tacos out there like it-s an all you can eat buffet. And it-s weird cause I HATE nerves in my meat but goddamn the Carnitas are so bomb that they might just make you want more - -+shout out to the dude who got family in Santa Ana cause he-s a real one -

God bless the real Mexican ppl who work hard at their nation. I love when Spanish ppl work hard and our kind to each other not like most. I'm Puerto Rican and sometimes feel sad bc my own ppl don't help one another and when I see on media it makes me feel better of the future and say their hope for every spanish person. Let's keep doing right by each other on this year 2020 in going forward.

Yeah, mexico is maybe not the best place for some islam and jewish people, because there's pork everywhere, everyday. However, around 20% of the population is vegetarian or vegan, and that's a big number compared with other countries. So, everybody is welcome as long as you respect what others prefer.

My mom was born in this city Quiroga some of my family are the people that sell Carnitas On those stand and they literally sell every Single day 365 no matter what. Thank you munchies for recognizing Quiroga as the capital of Carnitas! Arriba Michoacan!

The state of Michoacan has the best carnitas in Mexico. Also the carnitas are made from lard not butter. Lard usually derived from previous well maintaned batches of carnitas. The older the lard batch, the better the carnitas.
