Not sure why Munchies decided to include this. If she becomes a top chef in 10 years I'll eat my nonbinary hat. I strongly suspect she will be making the same old shite dish in average eateries in the neat future. For a vinegar chicken recipe, not a lot of vinegar (A cup of sherry vinegar) lol - Thought the brine would have some in it as well? - chicken still looks amazing, juicy and delicious!
