Today I am making an easy chicken biscuit bake dinner. I will be diving into my fridge, using what I have, and making an easy chicken bake Ingredients 2 Tbsp unsalted butter 1 1/2 lbs cooked chicken 1/2 small onion diced 10. 5 oz can cream of chicken condensed soup 8 oz sour cream 1 1/4 cup of water 2 ears of fresh corn 1 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder salt and pepper to taste 1 cup shredded cheese can of 8 large biscuits 9x13 baking dish jimb0brite: You brang me home Mama! It's so easy to forget how EASY it is to throw something together with stuff you already have just sitting there! Nothing from scratch is still a staple and making with what you got is still amazing. Love it.

add fresh chopped onion(any) sub out cream of chicken with cream of mushroom and boom, this is pretty much what I have had a lot of success with in the past with either chicken or canned tuna. You can sub biscuits for a typical bag of egg noodles pre cooked to al dante. simmering fresh garlic and spices in a little olive olive oil with the onions will make this dish really pop! the more you lean with fresh ingredients, the better it becomes as well. cheers!

I know this going sound dumb, an I know I m not the only watcher of your fine recipes. In your great ideas a meal or to for a diabetic could eat and not fall off totally. Cut back on dairy products. My cooking with some of your recipe and others I watch has put way over almost the top. My highest has been 274. As of this morning 250. I m was holding for four years below 150. Yes I fell off the wagon. So am asking for a little help.

First of all, you look Great for someone whose so tired and as tired as you are, you not only made dinner, but you took the time to make a video and all one handed. You Go Girl! Let's be real, it looks super DEEE-LICIOUS. Loaded with chicken and so creamy. YUMMY! I love Chicken Pot Pie, so I'm definitely going to try this. Thanks for sharing. Arlene

Angelica, I usually buy an extra pack of boneless chicken breast every time I buy chicken breast, specifically to cook and shred and store in my freezer. I end up with a substantial amount of 3 cup freezer bags for those quick meals I need. They re easy to unthaw and can be used in so so many different meals. Saves me money too.

Thanks for the recipe. I will try it soon. I am lactose intolerant, and will substitute almond milk for the dairy and and some nutritional yeast for the cheese flavor richness. Thanks again, take care, you do look tired.

This looks fantastic BUT the reason I'm here is THOSE SPICE JARS. Can I buy them somewhere? (If you could see my spice cabinet right now, you'd understand why I'm so passionate about this)

I use Bisquick chicken pot pie recipe off the box. Rotisserie chicken is really good and easy. I also use frozen peas and carrots blend, cooked before combining everything to bake.
