Alright you germophobes lets clear something up: This cross contamination business does not apply to the bread and the chicken in the bowl - the bread is going to be cooked in any case. Above 70 C and you are absolutely fine. See how they make pizzas in Italy with their hands? You aren't eating any bacteria because food borne bacteria WILL NOT SURVIVE a oven a couple hundred of degrees hot. It is however, important that anything that has to go back into the fridge or isn't totally used (ingredients) is not allowed to touch raw meat. Happy eating kids.

i feel like she needs to relax abit cause she's making a fair few mistakes, i don't know if she is just new to environment that's making her abit nervous or what but havn't seen her other work so can't comment much on that. apart from that i reckon it would've been a great video. good recipe though, didn't think to use rosemary stem as a skewer! ;)

You know, I've watched (or attempted to watch) all of the real time videos here, and if I'm honest, some folks just aren't cut out for it, and it's a bit painful to watch. But not Kerry Ann. This is my favorite real time cooking video so far. Super engaging, comfortable, and down to earth. Great job!

This is another video where people use metal equipment(whisk, fork, tongs) for tossing food on teflon pan. Is it really not going to hurt the surface is you handle it gently or do you just don't care and have 20 extra pans already somewhere
