Revisit some archive Ramsay classics from the channel, and be inspired to cook this winter. Recipes include a roasted tomato soup with cheese on toast, beef brisket, apple and cranberry crumble, shepherds pie and a spiced rice pudding. Neil Barnes: Greetings to all from Australia, a once wonderful country. What a delight this bloke is on You Tube, a pleasure to watch. I WILL NOT however, watch him on TV. If I want to hear language like that Ill go to the nearest pub. Dont get me wrong, Im no prude, but I dont use that language in front of women, and on TV, you are in everyones living room, mums, grand mothers, sisters, daughters et al. Ill let it go like Gordon, but theres a time and a place. I realize of course, that hes doing it to get notoriety, you dont have to point that out, but why doesnt he use pure talent, which he has in truck loads, instead of filthy language?

Please Help Ive tried sevreal of his dishes, all great, but he always throws the garlic in first and for some reason my always burns Burnt garlic is the worst as its flavor kills the dish, but he never burns his, i use the same oil and tempetures he uses, what the hell am i doing wrong or is he leaving out some kind of moistening technique? like adding a little water here and there

Okay that brisket was a disgrace to brisket Its quite expensive here, because we actually know how to cook it. Learn lean meats before you just make them seem easy, brisket is a baby that needs nurturing, but when you do it right? Angelic chorus ensues Welcome to a Texas opinion

Guarantee Ill never eat rice pudding haha. When I was a chef I hated custard obviously I tried it every time I made it for quality but. Thats the only reason I would eat it at all
