Oh, no one gives a shit if the waitress is chewing gum- now youre just nitpicking If the chef was chewing gum & like, dropping it in the food or some shit- then you got a point. But as long as she isnt smacking her gum like some white trash truck stop lot lizard, whats the problem? Breath too minty fresh when interacting with customers? Gtfoh.

Gordon was very correct about the no gun rule. At the restaurant I work at, my coworker was talking to a guest with a mint in her mouth. She leaned over to pour water for the guest, as she was talking, the mint fell out of her mouth, and into the guests glass.

I dont understand how someone can have chicken go out that cold. Like. can you not feel radiant heat? Did you not cook it? How does this happen? Ive worked with food before and you have to be so far gone to let something go out so cold like that.

Ive worked in a hotel for a year, it was a 3 star hotel and they didnt have microwave in the kitchen. Everything is cooked fresh, none need reheating. But why almost in every hotel in the hotel hell got microwaves in the kitchen?

so all of these problems stem from: 1. frozen food 2. microwaves 3. bad management. if you got rid of frozen food and microwaves, gordon would probably not have a career at this point.
