How on earth can these restaurants in the US pass the health inspections? Is the system that corrupt? Second. with this shit food and hotel how can he allow himself to employ this many people? Do people who pay him have no standards there? These US episodes are very shocking.

Hi everyone, i am curious as to why you cannot just recook everything to cleanse the cross contamination? Or why is there a need to shut down? Couldnt the chefs just throw the contaminated cooked ones away and recook a new set? I never cooked before. Thanks.

Ive watched so many of these that the rule of keeping cooked product away from raw product has been engrained into my head. I even stopped a coworker, whos a good 40 years older than me, from making that mistake. And my mini boss congratulated me for it

I feel bad for the owner. yes the place is extremely shit. but atleast when hes called out on the short comings of the restaurant he doesnt start mouthing off and making excuses. He gives simple honest answers lol. Still though.

Owners need to give chefs the freedom and the tools to do what is asked, and Chefs need to keep the kitchen clean I work in a chain restaurant, the managers would go ballistic if they saw something like this.
