Ive worked in 3 different restaurants and I was always EXPLICITLY told that chicken wings cant burn. When guests asked for extra crispy, fry cooks just waited several minutes before starting the Order OR left them in the fryer for ridiculous amounts of time. PSA: to those without kitchen experience: chicken wings are crispy; unless you insist on borderline raw soft wings. Most restaurants wont even risk giving out wings that arent crispy. asking for crispy wings is like asking not to be cut up into a million pieces. the idea of wings that arent crispy is more ridiculous than assuming your server intends to serve you as a meal

I live in the bahamas and i gotta say, the hotel is caribbean styled. Only the big 5 star hotels like baha mar and atlantis give you that real surreal feel, which gordan is probably expecting. I wouldnt say its much bahama-styled but it can definitely pull off a dr or jamaica type of style of hotel.

Why would you want to have a head of a croc on your desk? Killing it is disgusting already but putting the head on the desk at the intrance would make me turn around immediately

Sadly I had to stay at a place similar to this because all the other hotels in the area were packed and the room smelled like cigs. Lucky it was only for one night.
