I actually met a restaurant manager that was as delusional as this. I went out to eat with my mom, aunt and cousin. My cousin and I got chicken fingers. My cousins was fine but mine was burnt. We requested another batch of chicken. Came back burnt again. My cousin offered me some of her chicken. My mom and I told the manager that the chicken was black and burnt. I shit you not, while my cousin and I were eating, the manager said that the chicken that my cousin had was raw and even told me to taste the burnt chicken. Feeling nauseated, we all asked for a refund, left and went to Burger King. Weve never gone back there since. It just shows that some people just shouldnt be working at a restaurant.

This is the strategy of all powerful businessman. Half ass job with full force profit. This gives you a good insight on why a lot of small businesses, franchises and restaurants go under. They lack the basic skills common sense or knowledge to run the particular business they are trying to run because it took a twenty year old inexperienced young staff member to spot overcooked chicken that the owner said was under cooked. LOL.
