This visually impressive pistachio stuffed pork tenderloin looks way harder to do than it really is, and can be accomplished no matter what your skill level. You’ll also learn how to create a quick and easy three-ingredient pan sauce to serve alongside, which makes the plate look even more beautiful.

This looks AMAZING! I'm 100% going to make this for dinner on Sunday with either asparagus or Brussel sprouts.
I think I'll take that gravy idea of yours and go hog wild (pardon the pun) and make mashed potatoes and GRAVY with it. Looooads of gravy.
In any case, this is hands down the most bright and lovely pork tenderloin I've ever seen.
This is a great introduction to your videos! I'll be watching more in the future!

Chef-- you built a career on BEING GREAT. I gotta admit, sometimes you manage to make me laugh out loud while learning. And yes, some of us who've worked in the biz can relate to getting yelled at for hacking too much silver skin off

I never thought about stuffing pork. Maybe a cranberry walnut one for fall Some orange juice in the cranberry to make it a bit brighter
Then again. meh. Might be a lot of mess.

I make this several times a year, but instead of maple syrup for sweetness I prefer apricot jam, or if you don't have that you could just grab apricot baby food. I'm not kidding. Delicious!

I used to get stoned in college and watch foodwishes because the sing song voice made me laugh.
Now I can make these idiot proof recipes that make me look like a culinary god.

Did I miss something in the video The ingredient list in the recipe says you need panko for this, but I didn't see it here nor do I see panko listed anywhere in the directions.

100% the sauce had a swap to the final shot. SHOW US THE PLATING BS, we're here and we love the food, at least give us the option of going behind the 3rd wall.

I would love to see what happens when you grill this. I’d say the worst part of grilling it would be no pan sauce. It’s a risk I’m willing to take!

Chef John is the Joe Dimaggio of cooking with pistachio.
And speaking of Marilyn Monroe, adding a little cayenne is for Some Like It Hot.

Looks delicious. Definitely going to make it. Wondering about adding some Parmigiano Reggiano to the mustard mixture - it sounds good in my mind
