My pasta salads are always a hit at picnics. You and I have a similar recipe, but diced peppers and onions with fusilli? Sorry, chef. Gotta match vegetable slices to the size of the pasta. Julienne peppers and new-moon Onion slices stay on the fork better (and look nicer in this dish, IMHO.
That emulsified dressing looks fantastic, however. Will definitely be trying it out on my next go!

I ve made that watermelon aqua fresca once a week for the past few weeks now. My wife and kids love it. It s definitely going to become our summer tradition. Sometimes I blend in some strawberries or add some lime juice for a little extra somethin.

What if you don't know what sea water tastes like? I added a bunch of salt to my water one time and the spaghetti noodles were so salty, it really stood out against the spaghetti sauce. Not that great
