Carlos: Great recipes, as usual. But my father died when I was a baby and the guy my mom married thinks I'm a complete p. o. s. believe me, the feeling is mutual, after all, I'm a world class chef with 25 years of proud experience and faithful service, meanwhile he stayed nice and safe in his little business in his little town, protecting his little piece of nothing. And my experience as a father was cut tragically short and was probably the worst thing that ever happened to me. Sorry, father's day is kinda a bitter time for me. Date: 2022-06-12
