I have been craving pancakes for weeks, but I haven't been able to squeeze them in yet (fairly tight caloric budget right now.
Maybe when my CSA maple syrup gets here: fresh amber maple syrup (they are tapping trees now) over delicious home made pancakes.

Thank you. I will try that blueberry method. I want to make that the Ricotta cheese pancake. I prefer puffy pancake so I always make the milk soured with vinegar. I also mix regular flour with almond flour and I tried other flour to add more protein.

Good LORD! This video is over an hour long! And I thought making pancakes was a 10 minute operation, well, maybe 20-30 if one is cooking for a large family. I'm going to have to set aside a good evening or more to study this in full.

Today, I'm not better than that. just adding water to a box I got on sale. Most times though I do make them from scratch. Perhaps after today, the rest of the box will be in the garbage.

I ve never seen pulled pork pancakes before. The way it s spiced would be perfect for maple. I honestly think I m going to try this one next weekend. This intrigued me way too much.
