Visited USA about ten years ago, la offered little in wow meats, then Dallas where I had the best steak I'd ever tasted, short trip to Mexico which offered great alternative meats such as goat, then to New York, did the open top bus tourist thing and was recommended this restaurant from the bus speaker, booked table that night and wasn't disappointed absolutely stunning meal and experience in every way and my new best ever steak was discovered, then on to lowly Cleveland where I stumbled upon a local steak house and to my amazement at a 3rd of the price local grass fed rare breed steak took it up another notch, absolutely taken aback as after Dallas and Manhattan wasn't expecting the absolute stunning piece of meat I had the pleasure of devouring, best steak to this day was Cleveland, finished in Atlanta where to b honest I was beefed out so settled for pulled pork n ribs BBQ, best food trip I've experienced and very fond memories of this restaurant!

Just left S&W where I had their S&W Cut, and I have to say. wow. What an insipid POS. How they could create such gray, tasteless beef and pawn it off as their signature item is shameless to say the least. I have no idea where Solares gets his idea of what makes for decent prime rib, but after taking him seriously for years, from now on, I will take him with the grain of salt that was missing from his favorite prime rib. BTW- it was my second visit, and the second time was worse than the first. Really, what was this guy thinking? Clearly they must make a special roast for him then pay to be their spokesman.

Prime rib will not kill you. The WHO is way behind the latest science on nutrition. It takes decades for the mainstream scientific community to correct false beliefs. It takes even longer for governments and governing bodies to correct all the wrong things they've been telling people. It was only a few years ago they finally admitted there is nothing wrong with eating eggs. However, excess protein will convert to glucose in the liver, so those with high blood sugar problems need to be careful not to over do it every day.

Went to the NYC S&W about 1 year ago. in serious need of a facelift and the side dishes were forgettable. Beef was good but the service sucked IMO. like they were doing you a favor. Needed a flare gun to find our waiter and order drinks during the meal. I am a S&W Green Member and my wife and I loved the old Castle location in Boston. Very sad when it closed. The Wellesley, MA location is OK but I miss the atmosphere and bartenders at the Castle

I laughed at this video's title. Maybe not the most correct, but funny as hell. Some do have to be careful what the eat. More power to those who can. I am glad you all like your bloody steak. I used to until my G. I. issues prevent me from truly enjoying the heft of this. I cannot join you all in this wonder. I am sorry. Take care everyone. I eat vicariously through others on things I can no longer have.

hahha all theses guys in the comments think pink is raw. this is cooked perfect! do a test, order a steak overcooked and one medium rare to rare, take a blind test and report which ones tastes better. to back this up ask for prime rib medium or well done, any chef worth their weight wont do it. the cap is my favourite too by far.

That's just how the prime rib looked here at the local steakhouse, but for some reason they haven't been open. I guess it would help if they played the electric bill. Sad that was a really popular place and clean, best prime rib in town and largest servings of the beefy stuff.

The reason why hes so attached with S&W and their prime rib is because hes been going there for a long time with his father. He admitted it in multiple videos. You cant really take his advice seriously when it comes to S&W. Hell love anything they throw at him.

This steak just had sentimental value for it. He was over hyping the whole thing. I went to this restaurant during my 4 day stay in NY, and I can say 100% that it wasn't worth. Sure it was good, but as good as he had said it? Definetly not

When people say that a high-end steakhouse is serving raw prime rib and you're just a perfectly ordinary person, looking at the prime rib and think That's seems pretty good. Don't know what all these 'raw prime ribs' are about.
