The 1 combat alert is near unavoidable, so use it to your advantage and really lean into it when it happens, as showcased in the video. I did this on hard, and the only major difference is that you won't have the assault rifle, so you'll have to time your sprint between the cameras at the end.
My score was 59010 with 2 retries (checkpoints, aka -300 point per retry) and 27: 48 minutes. My point is that this is still doable on Hard.

Not a pro in Metal Gear, but I'm a really long data old player of stealth games in general. My first try, completed all the mission without being detected (i know, it's hard to believe) and without killing a single soul, but obviously using tranquilizer gun. Saved all people from the prison, and all that in 30 minutes. Perfect right? I agree, even for a guy trying MG for the first time. So. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHY I STILL GOT RANK C?

Truck didn-t spawn for me at the end, tried to sneak out and got killed. But restarted checkpoint and truck spawned. Paz very nearly died though, I turned into the road close to the pick up point and the truck went on fire. Only just got her out in time by about a millisecond

I wish this game came with the EZ Gun from MGS 3: Snake Eater. A Little Tranquilizer Gun that had a built-in suppressor that never wears out and laser-sight with Infinite Ammo Designed by Sigint, One of the Founding members of The Patriots aka DARPA Chief Donald Anderson.

Lmaoo! I just started playing this game again. I-m doing it on hard and was watching this walk-through thinking I could do the same. As soon as I took off in the beginning to get behind the spotlight, I got caught by extra guards I didn-t know we-re on the hard level. --

For this mission I have 22/24 rewards (completion ratio) and can't figure out how to get the last 2. I have S ranked on both difficulties, got all the XOF patches and cassette tapes and rescued all prisoners including the one that tried to escape. What am I missing?

OMG i complete this mission with your video, but in the moment when you put paz on the truck and you drive to the helicopter, anybody detect me. I complete the mission without any alert. Idk how, but thank you. :0

S ranked with 62k score but got caught as I got out of the truck at the prison and when I continued from the title screen, the truck wasn't there lol, I had to use the jeep to get paz to the chopper

5 seconds in I can-t avoid the spotlight
Edit: 5 minutes in and I-m done for good. Glad I only spent $5 on MGSV. I-m assuming it-s just me but I just suck at this game and absolutely hate it

I got my first trophy in 2015. Now Im back to replay and get all trophies. Carried over my saved date from ps4 to ps5. The game still looks great. Its such a thrilling game.

Thank you. Easy. Restarted from checkpoint twice and had to put a couple extra soldiers to sleep after they started to investigate sounds I made. Still got an S rank.

Dunno if you figured it out later or TPP but if you rapidly hit the action prompt (Triangle for PS4/PS3 not sure for PC & XB360/XBONE) you can lockpick faster
