PowerPyx, I just started a -New Game- on Survivor where i'm collecting all collectibles all over again because some of the trophies glitched for me. But here is the weird thing:
whenever I pick up a collectible and check the statistics, it always stays on zero. What is going on?

I'm currently playing in survival, and there are much fewer supplies than on hard. I never got problems finding enough supplies on hard mode, but I constantly struggling to craft enough shivs to open the doors. And you have much less ammo. That's what makes survival actually difficult.

I think they stack. I played on Hard my first playthrough and find a few artifacts and stuff. Then when I played on Survivor and chose certain chapters it would say 7/11 unlocked etc. So play it on an easier difficulty and it should be fine.

I beat the game on survival Ellie was actually useful because she found me ammo and other goodies but I did die 23 times I'm going to try again without dying and if I do die I'm starting over who knows maybe there's a secret trophy

Yeah, you might be okay though if you are going for all the trophies as you will need a Survival Plus playthrough and all the artifacts carry over into plus games meaning you can spread the ones behind doors between games.

Damn, i first completed the game on normal and got quite a lot of the collectibles but when playing through again to get the rest, i accidentally chose new game: ( so now i has to do the whole thing all over again: (: (: (

In my opinion, collectibles make it less fun. You stop concentrating on the game and have to be jumping from the guide to the game. Its a tedious way of losing your time. I enjoyed survivor. Perhaps Im not as bad as you.
