I don't know who's playing the game these days but yeah sometimes these just don't spawn so u have to check off these things before going to the locations:
1. make sure it's day time and not night time
2. Make sure the weather is sunny (if it rains, it may not work)
3. And last, make sure you don't have the cops after you

Is there a certain time during the day? Like does it cut off at sometime at noon on the in game clock or does it just have to be sunny? Cuz I can't get any hit & runs to spawn nor junk in the trunk. Got all the shoplifters to spawn all in one go tho. Super confused on exactly the requirements to get these to spawn

This and the triad XP are the two I-m struggling with. Got 27/28 and I-ve been to all these locations during the day/sun shining, but no luck! It-s frustrating the hell out of me, don-t know what to do aside from start a new game, which I really don-t want to do- wish there was a way to keep track of the ones I-ve done

I really wish there was a checklist on the ones you did lol but, I remember commenting the exact same comment when the game was fairly new. It's a shame United Front closed. I'm going to go even further back in the past and play Jade Empire: Special Edition as I beat that right before this game on my 360

oops, what are the achievements that are unlocked when 100% of the main campaign of the game is completed, because I was playing without internet via steam, and when I saw it, several coconut trees that should have been unlocked had not been, now I am trying to see which they are for me pegalas!

Wow. I was at 36/38 and I randomly chose two events from this video to try and they were the exact two I was missing. Shoplifter #2 and Junk in the Trunk #3. I thought I was about to spend hours driving around in game trying to get my last two events to spawn. This never happens. Thanks bro.

Damn bro that was so annoying but thanks to people who mention that it has to be morning or else I wouldn't of been able to complete it. Went through the places like 3 times untill I saw comments and went on the morning and was shoplifter#3 that was missing.

So the only one I was missing was Shoplifter#2. For some reason I knew right away that it was that one because I didn't remember doing it, waited until 10AM and headed over there and boom, even pops up, got my trophy.

Just did it now after coming back to it. So Just start at one section of the map drive around, sleep, etc for the event and then go onto next. My one was Kennedy Town as you don't really stay in that place much.

1: 29 This was the last event I was missing. I got both Event Planner and Chief Inspector immediately upon finishing it and it was the most satisfying thing I've ever experienced in a video game.

It-s 2022 and this was so helpful it-s was hard to play this ps4 game on the ps5 crashed my game 4 times but I was able to get platinum. Thank you for making this vid

I only did Junk in the Trunk #3 randomly in my playthrough because the car literally fell from the sky and caught my attencion lol. Thanks for the help.

Protip: If you're doing these post-game don't wear the Cop sets because you'll handcuff the perps instead of dragging them off OOPS
