They mixed the Supernatural and sci-fi and murder Crime Mysteries dramas with the realistic ones. I wanted to see the true Teen Dramas that are more realistic I've seen almost all the Supernatural and Scifi Dramas. Gossip Girl is a True Teen Drama WITH a little Mystery of who Gossip Girl is and So is OC and Dawson's Creek, BH 90210, Euphoria, One Tree Hill is too but way more exciting with a few interesting stories like murder and out of body coma experiences. Pretty Little Liars and Riverdale both had a lot of Drama but they also had a more dark murder mystery vibe then just pure drama. Degrassi Next Gen is also a real teen drama. Gossip Girl being #1 is a real teen drama. They can't pick a Supernatural drama for #1 because it has to be a real teen drama. IVE SEEN ALMOST EVERY DRAMA ON THIS LIST EXCEPT SOME OF THE NEWER ONES AND SKINS.

I understand that My So-Called Life only lasted a single season, but it should be a lock in the top five of this list. In a time where 90210 and Saved by the Bell were glamorizing the high school years, teenagers, My So-Called Life mastered the imperfections of adolescence that every teen tv show attempts. It said teens dont feel beautiful, your first love isnt always what you thought itd be, shes not always gonna like you back, friendships dont always get amended, etc. Also, it sparked the first online campaign to attempt to save a show from being canceled.

this list is absolute BS, i do not agree with it at all, friday night lights as an honorable mention? but riverdale makes the list? veronica mars at 17 and never ever i haver at 16? they should be way higher. freeks & geeks and life as we know it didnt even make the list, just shameful. pretty little liars at 4? vampire diaries at 2? the only good thing you did was degrassi.

The two best teen dramas I have ever seen are Skins and Euphoria. I have had such a hard time choosing between the two. But after the season 2 finale of Euphoria, I gotta give it to Skins. But I still cant wait to see what Euphoria has in store for its future seasons and then I might change my mind.

Smallville gets snubbed again. Come on folks not cool. Smallville has one of the most loyal fanbases of all time and they were consistently the number one show on The WB/The CW but it gets ignored? Not fair and I dont think its fair a good show gets snubbed.

The Vampire Diaries was so good it should be 1! But gossip girl season 1 was really good too. And i guess gossip was was more teenish and tvd was more darkish and supernatural which i loved!

I'm not a huge fan of teen dramas. i liked a lot of them but that's it. But, Veronica Mars & Degrassi on the other hand are two of my favorite tv shows period.
