American Pie: the Naked Mile. I was shocked it was so low rated. It's the funniest of the direct-to-dvd American Pie movies and a lot funnier than the painful American Reunion. I get the impression that the title alone is why it got bad reviews. In fact, reading the reviews they panned it for being vulgar', as opposed to the classy pie scene from the first one? Yes, it's not as good as 1 and 3, but it's better than a lot of theatrically released R-rated comedies.

I love a good bad movie. I paid good money to see Suicide Squad in the theater and I loved it. I have worn out my DVD of Glitter. But even I could not find a single redeeming quality of Ballistic: Ecks Vs. Sever even though it has Lucy Liu and Antonio Banderas in it. It's supposed to be an action movie. It's not. It's BORING. It was two hours of my life that I'm never getting back, and I'm not even sure if that movie was two hours long.

Manos the hands of fate had me laughing from beginning to end. It definitely falls under the it's so bad that it's good category. And, then finding out that the guy who directed it ended up renting a movie theater and inviting some his town's prominent people for the movies premier made me laugh as much as the actual movie.

NO ONE should ever have to watch Simon Sez. Heartbeeps is actually a fairly sweet kids movie. Ecks vs Sever isnt any worse than any other late 90s early 2000s action flick. While its always been singled out is puzzling. Theres even a few inventive action sequences. Pinocchio. at least it ended his American career.

To this day I wonder if there are two Lucy Liu's.
It's incredible in how many absolutely awful movies she has been where she was in no small part responsible for the extent of the awfulness.
While at the same time having been part of some absolute classics and is far from bad as Watson in Elementary.

My husband & I saw Megaforce when it was in the theatre, and it's actually a happy memory for us. We really enjoyed it, in a check-your-brain-at-the-door way. Staying Alive wasn't really horrible. except the very end. The ending was one of the worst movie endings I've ever seen. but I enjoyed the rest of it.

It's far more impressive (unimpressive) to have a film that is 1% than 0%, since a 0% could literally be a single bad review. 1% means that you had to have at least 99 bad reviews for every 1 good one. As this video itself admits, most of the movies on the list only had a few dozen.

Interesting tidbit: Manos's MST3K episode was easier to find on VHS shelves than the original movie. Even after being realized as a cult classic, the actual film's release to VHS was impossible to find. Only with the advent of DVDs did the original film finally get to the masses.

As much as I hated Staying Alive one of the few things I actually liked about the 80s the high cut leotards (actually they were called french cut. Aside from my Heavy Metal days the only other thing I miss about the 80s were the french cut bathing suits, leotards and undergarments.
