Testing an Odd Chinese Need For Speed PC Game Collection

So, I bought this box set from China that supposedly contains every Need For Speed game on PC from 1995 to 2012. on nine DVDs Andrew: I know this set because my friend bought it when it was new. Certainly not geniue, but it was a different time. All of the cracked game files are basically copies of cracked version found on 3dm(a Chinese website) which are copies of codex and many other crackers. Back in the day, people (including me) in the chinese need for speed community rejected and tried to boycott this copy and you know how far that went (since you are holding a copy)

I think that Chinese underground did something good for preservation of these games. EA should take notes and release such a bundle themselves. I'm not the biggest fan of the whole series, because even if early games were innovative, annoying controls pissed me off. It was like racing on ice. I was hitting everything all the time and mowing the road signs. But they repaired it in the later games, so I liked few games in the series.

This would be something I'd make in napster/limewire 2000s for my friends to play at home. All organized and explained for them. pre set to low for the lesser PCs to have no issues. I would add a lightscribe or make a custom label to make it look legit. Lol! It's my China brother from another mother. I LOVE IT BECAUSE HE TOOK MY IDEA AND MASTERED IT FOR THE WORLDS ENJOYMENT (while making a buck. Lmao!

Back in the days nfs was one of the most popular video games in China, while most of people couldn-t afford an official copy, some will just download different versions and pack them into a giant -collection- box and sell them with extremely cheap price. I-ve played not only the nfs franchise, but GTA, red alerts and war craft. Good memories

Real Chinese never buy these things lol we had many fake DVDs in a big box like that around 2003-2006 which pretend they are the real one. These fake copies were all gone since 2010 I think. It actually pretty hard to get now. BTW the book is an introduction for each NFS game, but it looks like they copy and pasted from game magazines.

I used to love need for speed, but last time i went into the video game store i couldnt tell which was the most recent release. is it NFS most wanted? NFS Shift? NFS Undercover? NFS Hot pursuit? NFS the phantom menace? NFS and the philosophers stone? Who can tell?
They really need to go back to putting numbers on sequels.

American people needs to be like open minded people back is the only way for the world peace and HARMONY, because us is also a multi races countries like China. If China can be innovative and us can too be more innovative, NO more war no more violence, only world peace and real true partner forever. ----------------

Honestly speaking, if someone shows off legit video games releases in China I'd be more happy. Many Need for Speed, FIFA, NBA and even Tiberium sub-series of Command & Conquer were released legitimately in China by local publishers and distributors.

My childhood that related to video games was nothing but bootleg. Everything was bootleg. Yes, it was illegal as heck, but are you going to prosecute half the population for bootlegging DVDs?
Man this is so nostalgic.

I wonder if need for speed underground Chinese version can be installed at the same time as need for speed underground 2. I know the US/SEA version certainly doesn't and drove me nuts as a kid when I wanted to play both
