5: 55 - I was ok until this point. In a VR world the operator and owner does NOT have to work INSIDE the simulation to stop any intruder. They just blow you away. That's it. I do not discuss with the executable code of a computer virus - I delete it. I am not in the same level. I control that reality. All this Matrix-inspired karate and action movie stuff is just ridiculous for a VR.
7: 26 -. and that was only the beginning of the absurdities. From now on all the movie revolves around action scenes, by showing also that in a VR nobody wanted even to paint the frigging walls of the room they are in. Compare with Second Life, with people being dragons and moving on floating cities full of beauty. It is a VR! Not even physics has to make any sense here! And this is all they get
. the girl is not only an expert hacker, but also better in personal combat as all the guards. Yeah. I fast-forwared to the end, makes no sense. And nothing interesting there either. Tumbs down.

While maybe the acting or visuals or whatever wasn't the best, I liked the concept of how cults in the future might use virtual reality to dupe unsuspecting followers. Parallels could be made between this film and Johnny Mnemonic (especially with Big Pharma. I feel like people are focusing too much on the specifics of what was arguably a pretty good concept. And that whole time, they show Harper coming to terms with her indoctrination in what can be seen as a realistic portrayal of deprogramming. Also, the fact that the word used to describe erasing indoctrination is deprogramming is an irony that I hope is not lost on all of you.

Interesting story, needed a bit more fleshing out, but still well done for a short! Always impressed with your work. Also, lovely red-haired actress! Good acting from all. Your love for what you do always comes shining through. Thanks for sharing your creations with us.

This wasn't one of my favorites. Not enough story, not enough acting and too many fight scenes. The acting was terrible and the fight scenes were silly. The story could have gone further as it had an interesting foundation, but fell flat as told as it was.

Sci-fi, action thriller. The writer should stick with a single genre until its perfected before trying to add additional genres. This movie is similar to the TV series Reverie -- I don't know if there's any other connections other than the similarities.

I really liked it up until the first 'fight' scene if you can even call it that. I even had to go back to that scene to make sure my eyes weren't playing tricks on me. After about the second or 3rd 'fight' I was done.

One of the few DUST videos that I found really enjoyable. The soldiers are a blatant rip off of the Sable agents in the Spider-Man game but, despite this, the video is really good. Excellent.

the vfx/cgi is not that bad to be honest. but everything else is just like a typical amateur student film - i mean the acting and fight scene were almost parody-like lol
