Nah, i'm good. I do way worse both mentally and physically when i'm constantly worrying about whether or not other people think i should or shouldn't be doing something. If i feel like masturbating then i'll masturbate, and if i don't then i won't. It's really quite a simple and freeing philosophy. And it's one that all of you mental health gurus should definitely adopt instead of trying to tell people how they should or shouldn't be masturbating. Minding your own business is apparently an art that quite a lot of people have yet to master it would seem.

It’s interesting how research shows opposite things. Like ejaculating 21 times or more per month decreases the risk of prostate cancer but masturbating ten times or less per month helps improve energy levels. It’s all such confusing and conflicting information! Just do what feels right to you. There’s no right or wrong answer. In general it makes me feel weak, whether once a week of 5 times a week. As someone who exercises frequently, I can see the difference in my performance. It makes me feel weak and tense! Hard to control my muscles, hard to control my body, hard to control my mind (still speaking about the workouts - no real life impacts because my life is already messed up lol)

This week, I've gone from masturbating even twice a day (as an habit from a long time) for simple boredom to doing it once every two days. Today is the second no day. Learning self control has made my life better over the past year. I can't explain how but I just feel way better! Definitely has helped my cramps be not super painful. Like wayyy better. I'd recommend everyone to try to stop for a month or 2 then limit to like 3-4xs a month.

It's true when I do it I feel exhausted after work almost like depressed but I do it up to five times a day in a 31-day month I do it five times a day and then the following month I might go as little as once every 2 or 3 days

I used to use masturbation as a way of coping with anxiety but I've not done that in a long time. I've found other ways to reduce stress because using masturbation only kinda worked.
