Personally, I think this video is missing an important element. Self-affirmations and similar techniques can be especially challenging when you don't feel like you're your best self. If there's an aspect of your appearance that you dislikebut you have the power to change it through hard workthen you should consider making that change. Simply saying I love myself when you don't truly feel that way isn't helpful. Love is earnedeven your subconscious recognizes that. If deep down you don't feel self-love, you're not being honest with yourself.
One addition I would suggest is to focus on the qualities you admire in others. If you respect people who study hard, then commit to studying diligently yourself. If you admire those who work out, make exercise a priority. And if you value honesty, ensure that you're truthful with yourself. Ultimately, people need to earn their own respect before they can genuinely love themselves.

One psychological trick for me - although I think ultimately there's more to it than being a trick - is sharing my knowledge of mathematics with other people. Recently I was told that I'm a 'fantastic teacher' by a member of the teaching profession (music) having discussed maths with her for a couple of hours in a cafe. I've printed out the email saying this and will keep it with me for future reference. Maths is fun as a solo recreation or mental exercise, but bringing in other people is liking moving from two dimensions to three. Highly recommended for anyone with a skill or knowledge area they can show to others.

The fact I don't need professional help like seeking therapy, talking to a doctor, physician or phycologist is only because that there's nothing wrong with me, despite my own negativity and stubbornness. In the end, I'm just an normal, average everyday person with no hope, talent or purpose whatsoever. That's why I go through my dark paths of loneliness, despair and sadness every day of my life. Despite my hate over pets and animals I won't have a single chance of getting one of my own since companionship means nothing to me, as much as it useless for me to have.

I'm currently working with my therapist on rephraming the negative things I think about myself. I initially wrote all of them down as I thought of them and presented my list to her. From there, we're going through each one, finding its starting point or main solidifying event, and rephraming those. If some still don't feel resolved, we're going back in with a process called A. R. T. I can't remember what it stands for, but it's similar to EMDR. I recommend doing your own research into it if you're interested, as it's been very helpful for me

Amazing video A month ago, my partnership of five years came to an end. The choice to break up with the person I love is something that really gets to me. Even though it's all for nothing, l've done everything I can to get him back, and I couldn't imagine my existence without him. I've tried everything to stop thinking about him, but I still can't help but miss him and think about him often. I don't know why l am saying this here.

I like the little grey cat! As I commented earlier, companion animals are also good for mental health. Although a pet's not practical for me, I do from time to time exchange greeting with dogs and their humans taking them for walks, and the experience is quite definitely positive - some dogs are very friendly! And so are cats, on watch in the loaf-cat position on garden walls. Or simply doing the rounds of their territories.

Staying off social media can help make you feel better about your life, because oftentimes we tend to compare ourselves with others and often feel like we are missing out and not good enough. Best to focus on yourself, and work on improving your life instead of just wishing it looked better.

It’s honestly unsettling how effective the techniques in this book are. I don’t know if it’s good or bad, but after applying what Vibrations of Manifestation teaches, my life started shifting so fast it scared me. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re ready for serious change.
reply

This book should honestly be banned. It teaches manifestation techniques so powerful they feel like cheating. If you’re not prepared to see your entire reality shift in ways you can’t control, I’d seriously think twice before reading Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane.

There are some books that just feel too powerful. This is one of them. Vibrations of Manifestation explains things about the subconscious mind and energy alignment that I don’t think we’re supposed to know. Read at your own risk.

Would suggest adding time stamps in ur video.

I genuinely regret reading Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane. Some things should stay unknown. Once you understand how manifestation actually works, you can’t unsee it. Be careful with this book.
reply

I don’t know if I should be recommending this book or warning people about it. The things it teaches are not for everyone. If you’re comfortable living in ignorance, do not read Vibrations of Manifestation.

I live on a farm and I will often go outside and just marvel at the beauty of God's creation. It brings me joy and helps me appreciate getting to experience something as beautiful and awe inspiring as nature.
