Remembering to be grateful when I watched the secret didnt converted my religion from Christianity to Satanism. I felt so much freeer I felt this photo that I had no chains on me and remembering to be grateful in that movie. I was just talking about the secret. is how you manifest more great things in your life, and it started working for me because I would go throughout my day telling myself that I am grateful for what I already have. It tells us various it is in abundance that you will receive it sometimes that was low other times that was the money, but it felt so good to feel so free from all of the chains that have been keeping me down from before I just had to remember to be grateful for what I already had and not take it for granted and I would get more inherently good things in my life

This is the first week I started writing 3 daily gratitudes. When I wake up and brush my teeth, I see the previous days gratitudes- like a song I enjoyed or the smell of the rain. I wipe away the previous date and the previous gratitudes and list tings that I'm grateful for that day. Every time I brush my teeth or take a look in the mirror, I am instantly reminded of the goods in my life. It's only been a week, but it has already made my days seem a little brighter.

Spending time with my cat kinda helps (until she's yelling at me and I don't know what she wants) but going for walks without my phone helps a bit. I enjoy listening to calming music or lofi. I try to do things one step at a time but it's not the easiest but trying is part of it.
Getting the news out of my life and not caring about things (might make me ignorant) but it helps also looking at things in another light also helps.

I'm not usually one for over sharing but I've just finished my first week of chemotherapy and I won't lie I'm scared of how it's affecting me, but your enthusiasm for the topic helped put my mind at ease. So thank you, you have no idea how much I needed this today
