I'm INTP and because of my perfectionist personality, I end up doing it at the last moment and get decent results after. It doesn't sound good or bad, but there is no improvement. I'm tired of being like this.
Also, gratitude is really important in my life because once, my classmate shared with me how to study well(even though I'm a huge procrastinator) but after that, she said she envies me for having great grades this quarter(not rudely or disrespectfully. That made me realize I did enough last semester. I was silent for seconds after she said that.
She's great at dancing so I encourage her to pursue it but was doubting her ability in academics and I said you can improve.

Meyers-Briggs were not scientists or therapists or neurologists.
They were mystery writers pulling these categories out of thin air.
No basis in research or experimentation or anything resembling the scientific method.
Psychologists do not use this crap for good reason:
People are far too complex to fit into little boxes like this set.
It is fundamentally irresponsible to spread this kind of stuff as people can mold themselves to fit these boxes rather than at most, using them as a kind of fun step to understanding a facet of themselves better.

oh fantastic another thing that could be the reason i self isolate (infp here) i like to think it's actually adhd making me forget (bc that actually happens a lot) and anxiety making me worry about how the person will respond once i realize i've been ghosting them for a month (usually happens to my sister tho so i don't feel anxious about her responses) i'd rather it be those than my personality bc with personality it's actually me being a pos

I resonate with INFP a lot.
Lost a good friend group recently due to severe burnout and I was continually self isolating to try and reset while focusing on college and work. I'd also be very vague about why I wasn't around, and just generally stopped talking as much as I used to. When the time came to trying to explain myself, they didn't think it was good enough, and so I saw myself out.
They were a good lot, hope they're doing okay.

As an entp, I had this epiphany when I was about 8 and my friend was crying on a field trip. I immediately wanted to know why (Ti) in order to give her ideas on how to fix the issue (Ne, Fe. But she repeatedly said she didnt know why and just cried. I was so confused and overwhelmed until a teacher came and just hugged and comforted her without asking anything. Thats when I was like oh wow you dont have to know whats going on to console her! Lol

I am realizing that I cannot be assigned to a personality trait, it changes based on how much sleep I get, how much sport I do and when, what project I am working on and how long or even how long I socialize with a specific group of people, different groups of people have different effects on us, which based on the personalities listed here, would move people to a different personality trait.

As an INTJ I always try to break down emotions by using logic. It kind of works, especially with different cases.
Anger as example, anger is depending on the person, the situation, their actions and all that. It's easy to break it down and it makes me understand why they feel that way, despite that I cannot 100% comprehend their situation because I am not them

9: 28 As an INFJ i have to say I tend to forget myself bcs I take care of others
I should value myself more and give time to myself
But its truly what I dont like
Im happy when others are and in order to make them happy I dont have time left for myself
Im so drained out which makes my depression worse
But to all INFJ please take care na

As an Infj. I feel like overall overthinking is my biggest toxic trait to my personality. I can feel very stressed and anxious whenever I think about the past things like the mistakes Ive committed like hurting peoples feelings, being morgue in anguish, and just feel so bad, disgusted, and emotionally insecure about my mistakes
reply

Im an INFJ but I dont know how I can follow through on my advice. Lately nothing I do makes me motivated anymore, even gaming all day is exhausting. All I can do is sleep, but thats unhealthy as it messes up my sleep schedule. But nothing seems fun anymore and I find myself miserable all day. Any advice?

In my own life experience I can safely say as an Adventurer, all those tips HAVE worked and are still very helpful to this day, especially the journaling! (DISCLAIMER: Just sharing my own experience. I'm not a licensed therapist nor would I try to pass for one. Everyone's experiences are different. :)

entp is my personality type and literally the description is exactly like me. ive been told that all i like to do is argue and challenge people and its true lol. i know it can be really annoying and unnecessary at times so ill try my best to think before i speak.

I'm an INFP and I've been questioning my social status, and if I really enjoyed my friends. When I would hangout or talk, of course I would, but whenever I get home I won't come out for a long time with very little talking. Thx I needed it lol
reply

I am a ESFP and I got so insanely sensitive at one point where I couldnt go a day without crying until I cant breathe and have a migraine but Im slowly getting out of that Im still a esfp but not so depressed I cant go a day without crying
reply

I show small signs of ESFP but i kinda doubt myself having it, if i diagnose myself having that it'll only be a hassel to my friends and family if i go around sayinh i have such things. I'm no doctor anyways.
reply

ISTP here. I have so many hobby projects I've started, but never finished before moving on to the next project.
Edit: just re-did the test since it's been a while since I did one last, and got ISTP-A

reply

Honestly, I have no clue where it is best to find out my personality type, But I debate from being an ESFJ or an ISFP. I think I'm more to be an ESFJ though. Yep, that flaw for them is pretty accurate.
reply

A toxic trait would indicate that I effect others in a negative manner. With definition, I have no toxic traits. I have no effect on others at all. Nobody knows me. I know nobody. Thus, I am not toxic.
reply

I thought I was ISTP-T but then this reminded me of it and thought I would try it again and this time I got INTP-T so now I'm comparing the two and seeing which one I'm like the most
reply

My toxic trait is that Im a selfish people pleaser and I confront people when Im unsure about whats happening in a situation between us two. I guess Im too compassionate and confrontational
reply

Why. was INFP so on point? Me turning into a hermit is indeed a bit of an issue. I don't fully buy into these, but they do have their merit and have some truth in them, don't they?
reply

Huh- welp I learned that I'm the defender the more I think about it- ya learn something new everyday XD either that or mediator- one of those two but still lol
