I have Crohn's and have been studying how to heal your gut with food. Every single one of the foods mentioned in this video has been something I've researched for the gut. Healing your gut is like healing your 2nd brain. The gut is directly related to your emotions. If you focus on reclaiming your gut flora, by natural consequence you're improving your mood along the way.

I know that is harmful and I shouldn't tell everyone, but in my case the ONLY food that seriously reduces anxiety and paranoia is ethanol. Please for those who read- don't start using alcohol as an anti-anxiety treatment, it has an humongous quantity of side effects, some of them very dangerous-

Ok so
I always try to talk to my parents about my anxiety but they say its not anxiety your just overreacting and I get very anxious but my parents dont let me cry in front of them so thats the reason I cry myself to sleep.

Remember not to drink green tea during these moments when you feel stressed or before sleep. After all it speeds you up like cofee. I reccomend drinking it in the morning or afternoon when your heartbeat is normal.

Can confirm on the chamomile. I also drink Rooibos (redbush) as well which lowers cortisol levels. Adagio has some nice Rooibos blends, just get a fine strainer like the House Again ones from amazon.

Not me laughing that most of this is what my diet has consisted of, as well as a lot of vitamin C which helps the body break down cortisol better and I'm still so anxious I have total meltdowns

I found that bananas are good to reduce when my body is shaking! So I always grab for bananas when my body start shaking, and they're way easier to find here
