I have some 9990 mAh of the cheap Chinese junk that I teach young people how not to treat a Li-Ion cell. Usually I can make them crack the casing with a little bang when they are connected directely to a fully charged car battery with a short thick cord.

I bought the same identical battery a pair of year ago. it really sucks. in another YouTube video(I miss the name in this moment, in comparison with other brand, declare an amperage greater than the real one whitch is of about +/-1000-1100mAh. In battery's world Japanese pruducts remains unbeaten.

Wrong battery. Surefire or any fire batteries are not true 18650. They have a tiny actual battery inside, which is about 5% capacity of a real 18650.
try Panasonic NCR18650B, they go for 5 or so and are good quality.
Your battery doesn't have nearly enough juice to cause any damage really

At 0: 38 I have similar motor and I was wondering what is the thing on the back ( i mean the thing the other 2 wires are connected to.

I stay with the idea that all these batteries must be stock and charge in a safe place, the conditons are always hazardous whatever it is, li-po or li-on; -)

Can you please make a video about how to charge and discharge safely a Lead Acid Battery? They should be more promoted, since they are extremely safe!

The problem here is that you bought recycled cells. Get a genuine 3400 mAh Panasonic 18650 and try it again, you might get your fireworks after all.
