Its sad. There used to be so many of these insects in my childhood. When we used to walk off-road in fields, so many damseflies used to fly around. Heck, I did not even know what are these insects called. But they sure looked beautiful. Now we hardly see those anywhere.

we used to catch this kind of bugs outside my home with my friends once there was 2 damselflies who was stuck together so we thought they were fighting.
Now that i know they were mating means me as a child was so innocent.

We call them Soui or soi means needle. they are in different colours, rainbow colours yellow blue and green. we used to see them on canal. but now the canal is blocked and full of savage.

Near of my city, there are tons of those, in the valley, their colours are beautiful, now I know there are a lot of them because of the mosquitoes living there hahaha
