An easy staple that is cheap and you can live on (instead of bread) is skillet cornbread. Mix 1/2 cup cornmeal and 1/4 cup -just add water- pancake mix (2: 1 ratio. Add a spoon of sugar and a pinch of salt. Then add enough water to batter and cook in skillet with a little oil. A thick batter comes out like cornbread and a thinner batter comes out like pancakes. The instant pancake mix serves as a binder for the corn meal (probably because of the wheat gluten) and allows it to rise a little. The cornbread is a good side with beans or steak and the pancakes are a good breakfast. A thinner batter is also good for batter fried chicken or fish. A variation with this recipe is to add a bunch of chopped onion to the batter and make onion patties. Taste like onion rings but easier to make.

Continous chasing of the light at the end of the tunnel
What sort of -freedom- is this?
Id rather we'd be whipped and kept in chains
That way everyone would know we are enslaved
We are modern slaves, ultimately we are tied to the monteray system and government nosnense laws
Lets unite and fight this tyranny

Hi Nicole. -don't judge me too harshly-. If they dare to judge you, then they need to get out there and do what you and Jake are doing. You have made a supreme effort in living there. And everyone has a first time to do something. Your bread you made was awesome. In order to do better, learn from someone who does that everyday, and practice every chance you get.

LOL. 6: 25 I thought someone was sneaking up on them when that shower bag turned in the wind. It looked like a t-shirt body coming from behind a tree. I was so focused on the cut. caught it in my upper field of view. Slightly startled me. LOL

Jeez way too much time spent on these videos on food prep. It-s such bland basic food. Not interesting. Anyone can make oatmeal or boil veg!

Hey just wanna say the way you guys are cutting that wood looks dangerous your saw will bind up if it hasn't already! Try maybe moving the saw horses in more and cut so the piece falls off.
